We always try to provide the services to the best of our abilities. We may suspend, interrupt, change or end the service or account for any reason without notice. We will try to communicate changes to the service to you which apply generally.
The website is in no way responsible in whole or in part for any damages caused by the content & services offered by the website. We believe in free speech, but have implemented some controls to discourage abuse and stop invasion of privacy of mobile users. The service is provided with good aim to facilitate people with sending free SMS over internet. Be informed that all messages, phone numbers and senders’ IPs are recorded and saved for tracking and reaching those who misuse the service. We may also provide these details to law enforcement agencies, if they ever need.
Restricted Messages: You must not send messages like abuse, adultery content, insulting content, etc which we do not permit on the website. We do not accept any obligation to protect you for sending restricted messages to & from the website. The website is not meant for communicating advertisement messages. Such sales and marketing messages are restricted in the website.
Free service means free to users but not for service provider, by maintaining this service to be continued as free we may send promotional or commercial messages of advertisers to our registered users or their recipients(Currently we are not practicing this option). |
